The location was on point, just a short walk away from the train station and close to all the happening spots in Arezzo. The room was sick, with a sick view and comfortable beds to crash on after partying all night. And guess what? The breakfast was bangin' too!
The only thing we wished for was a cool rooftop bar or a pool to chill at during the hot summer days. But hey, we still had a blast and made the most out of our stay!

The owner and staff were super cool and friendly. The view from our balcony was legit, with an amazing sight of the San Francesco Church. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was so comfy it felt like we were sleeping on clouds. Plus, the location in the center of Arezzo was perfect for exploring the old town and having a blast with our friends.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better is if there were some more happening nightlife options nearby. As young party-goers, we would have loved to have more options for late-night fun right on our doorstep.

The room with the balcony was a highlight. It was so nice to sit out there and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast, although not extensive, had everything I needed to start my day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions. I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend La Terrazza to anyone visiting Arezzo.

Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, staff were friendly. The building was typically Arezzo, just a hop, skip, and jump away from the train station and great restaurants.
Who needs a kitchen and fridge in the room? Also, a shower with less water is totally enough, who needs a refreshing shower experience anyway?
